Friday 2 June - 17:00h – Total Sculpt + Flow (Power Vinyasa)

This class is the perfect fusion of bodyweight sculpting exercises and yoga sequences! We'll begin with unique Sun Salutations before we dive into a fun combination of exhilarating sculpting moves with strategically-placed flow sequences!

Saturday 3 June - 10:00h – Inversion Training

One well rounded hour of heat building, sweaty vinyasa practice with strength conditioning and inversions! This high-energy, upbeat class is designed for all levels (beginner to advanced) with an emphasis on yoga strength and inversions. Learn the fundamentals of yoga and the connection between breath and posture. Increase your body awareness, and at the same time build strength, stability, flexibility, and balance that enhance your performance and overall sense of wellbeing as you turn your world around through confidence built in inversions.

Saturday 3 June - 16:00h – Acroyoga, and Partner Yoga Acro Play

Partner Yoga utilizes the forms and principles of individual posture while incorporating the presence of another to deepen the impact of the experience. This awakens our human potential through the integration of universal principles such as compassion, trust, balance and creativity. Acro yoga is the combination of yoga, massage, and acrobatics. Basic poses will be introduced and possibly performed at the end of class depending on class comfort, ability and safely.

Sunday 4 June - 10:00h – Yin Yoga, Focusing on backbends and hip openers

Take time to relax, refresh, and renew. If you're overwhelmed with a busy mind, Yin can help to soothe your thoughts, encourage inward focus, and allow your body to experience deep relaxation. A perfect complement to Vinyasa, essentially the "yin" to your "yang". Vinyasa classes are dynamic practices that focus on lengthening and contracting muscles. Yin Yoga uses long, passive holds to target and heal the connective tissues, such as ligaments, bones, joints and fascia. The holds can be challenging, and the benefits are amazing - regulated energy, lower stress, deeper relaxation, improved health... A delicious treat essential for all levels! No experience necessary.
